- 4 boned chicken breasts
- cornstarch
- cashews
- garlic, minced
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/8 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces; dredge in cornstarch.

2Brown lightly in oil.

3Add green onions, garlic and water chestnuts; stir-fry.

4Mix soy sauce, white wine and chicken broth.

5Pour over chicken and stir.

6Thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch.

7Continue cooking for 10 minutes.

8Serve over hot rice; sprinkle with cashews.
