  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. minced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 c. diced chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 lb. salted cashews
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. broth
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1 c. fresh snow peas or regular peas

Directions

    Saute onion, snow peas and celery in butter.

    Combine all ingredients but noodles.

    Store in refrigerator overnight.

    Before baking, sprinkle noodles over top.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
