- 2 tbsp vegetyable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 4 dried re chillies, chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 6 oz cashew nuts, roasted
- coriander leaves, to garnish
