- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups crisp corn cereal squares
- 1 cup lightly salted cashews
Directions

1Line 2 baking sheets with waxed paper.

3Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan 2-3 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.

4Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.

5Increase heat to medium.

6Cook, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.

7Boil 1 minute.

8Remove from heat.

9Stir in vanilla.

10Add cereal and cashews; gently stir until well coated.

11Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.
