- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 (5 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. salted cashews
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter in large skillet.

3Add celery, onion and green pepper.

4Cook and stir until onion is tender. Reserving 1/4 cup chow mein noodles, stir in remaining ingredients.

5Pour mixture into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over top.

6Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
