- 6 mutton chops
- 1 tablespoon granted ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 spring onions
- 200 g green peas
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame
- 1 sprig fresh coriander
Directions

1Sauce the Mutton Chops with ginger and sesame oil and put it in your fridge about 2 hours to rest.

2Heat your wok and to stir fry your Mutton chop until the sauce turns brown.

3Add Spring onions and Green Peas and cook them about 30 seconds.

4Add Lemon juice, honey, coriander and sesame in your Saucepan.

5Add this honey sauce in your wok and heat it until it pearling.
