  • 10 new potatoes
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. bacon

Directions

    Cut new potatoes into bite-sized chunks and boil until tender.

    Cook and crumble bacon.

    Mix cheese, onion, mayonnaise and bacon. Layer potatoes in 9 x 13 pan and pour mixture on top. Spread evenly over potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 325°.
