- 2 (16 ounce) packages cassava (will come in frozen package but defrost to make cake)
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 (12 ounce) jar macapuno strings
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup glutinous-rice flour
- 3 eggs (beaten)
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 325°F.

2Mix all ingrediants in a larage mixing bowl(make sure everything is well incorporated).

3Grease the bottom of a larage 13x10 baking dish.

4Pour mix in to greased 13x10 baking dish and place in oven at 325 for 1hour15min.

5Remove and cool for 30min to 1hr.

6Cut into equal squares. Serve and enjoy! (consistency of cake will be Glutinous).
