- 2 cassava packs frozen grated
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup sweetened coconut or macapuno, strings
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks whipped
- 1/2 can condensed milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350C.

2Mix all ingredients and blend well.

3Pour the mixed ingredients onto the pyrex dish or an aluminum pan.

4Bake at 350C for 30 to 45 minutes. You will know it is done when the top solidifies. While cake is baking, mix and blend the egg yolks and condensed milk; set aside

5Remove from oven and spread the topping on top.

6Bake an additional 10 to 15 more minutes until the topping thickens.

7Remove from oven. Let it cool before slicing.
