Ingredients

  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lb. hamburger or sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken rice soup (can also use cream of chicken, celery, etc.)
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Brown meat and mix with other ingredients.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

    (If using uncooked rice, add 1 1/2 soup cans of water; can also add 4 tablespoons soy sauce and cover top with chow mein noodles.)
