- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Chop cabbage and spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Brown meat; stir in rice, salt and pepper.

3Spoon over cabbage.

4Heat tomato soup and water to boiling.

5Pour over all ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Cover with foil.

8Reduce oven to 300° after first hour). Fluff with fork before serving.
