Casserole Cabbage Rolls

  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Chop cabbage and spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Brown meat; stir in rice, salt and pepper.

    Spoon over cabbage.

    Heat tomato soup and water to boiling.

    Pour over all ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Reduce oven to 300° after first hour). Fluff with fork before serving.
