Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pan sausage, browned and drained
  • 10 slices bread, cubed
  • 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Mix all together and add drained meat.

    Set in refrigerator overnight.

    Put in a 3-quart casserole or deep jelly roll pan. Bake at 250° to 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
