Name: Kid'S Ice Cream
Ingredients: 2 eggs; 1/2 c. packed brown sugar; 1/3 c. chunky peanut butter; 3 c. whipping cream; 1/2 c. chopped chocolate covered peanuts; 1/2 c. chopped malted milk balls; 1/2 c. milk; hot fudge sauce (optional)

2 eggs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
3 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped chocolate covered peanuts
1/2 c. chopped malted milk balls
1/2 c. milk
hot fudge sauce (optional)

Directions

In a large mixer bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar and peanut butter with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.

Stir in whipping cream, chocolate covered peanuts, melted milk balls and milk.

Freeze in a 4 or 5-quart ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer's directions.

Serve with hot fudge sauce. Makes about 1 1/4 quarts ice cream.
