  • 1 c. white rice
  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. onions
  • 1 chopped pepper
  • 3 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken, shrimp, crab or tuna
  • salt and pepper to taste
