  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. onion
  • 2 c. cooked wide noodles
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 medium clove garlic
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    After 20 minutes place cheese around edge of casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or more.

    If seems dry, add tomato juice.
