- 6 slices lean bacon
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. finely crumbled bread crumbs
- 2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Fry bacon until lightly crisp.

2Break into bits.

3Mix bacon with milk and bread crumbs.

4Stir into corn with salt, chili powder, cheese and mushrooms.

5Mix well.

6Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until puffy and creamy soft. Garnish with additional crumbled bacon.
