  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. bay scallops
  • 1 1/2 c. crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. light cream
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix cracker crumbs with butter.

    Arrange alternate layers of cracker crumbs and scallops in a 9-inch pie tin or flat casserole, making 3 layers of crumbs and two layers of scallops.

    Pour the cream over the top, dut with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Bake in hot (425°) oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Don't overcook.
