- 1 gal. green tomatoes, cut up
- 1/2 pt. hot peppers, cut up (you may substitute a mixture of banana peppers or bell peppers for hot peppers)
- 1 pt. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 qt. onions, cut up
- 3 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Bring to a boil or boil until tomatoes are light green.

3Do not continue to boil.

4Gently stir a couple of times and seal in hot jars.
