- 3 c. sifted flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Sift flour once; measure and resift into mixing bowl with sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

2Add carrots, oil and eggs; beat at medium speed until batter is smooth and well blended.

3Fold in nuts.

4Bake in a greased 10-inch tube pan in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until done.
