  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • red wine vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Cracked pepper, to taste

Directions

    Mix ingredients together to form a paste.

    Spread on both sides of filets and sprinkle with cracked pepper.

    Marinate fish in refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Best if cooked on the grill, preferably using the tin foil packet method.
