  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 5 to 6 small catfish fillets
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/3 c. sliced almonds

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Combine eggs and milk; stir well. Dip filets in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture. Arrange on greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Drizzle with margarine. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
