- 4 lb. fatback or bacon
- 8 lb. potatoes
- 5 lb. onions
- 3 large cans tomato sauce
- 4 cans tomato paste
- 5 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. pepper
- Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Cook the fish until the meat flakes.

2Fry the fatback and use the drippings to saute the onions.

3In a large pot, combine fish, potatoes, onions, tomato sauce, paste, salt and pepper.

4Cook until potatoes are well done.

5Add Tabasco sauce to taste.
