- 2 slices lemon
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- olive oil to cover
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Layer the shrimp, onion, lemon and parsley in a serving dish. Add salt and pepper to taste, along with the dash of Tabasco. Cover with olive oil, bay leaf, green pepper and celery.
