  • 2 egg whites (room temperature)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. bag chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Beat egg whites until fluffy.

    Gradually add sugar.

    Beat until very stiff.

    Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Grease cookie sheet.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the sheet. Preheat oven to 350° (must be a preheated oven!).

    Place cookies in oven and turn the oven off!

    Leave the cookies in the oven for 12 hours.

    Don't open the oven door.
  9. 9
    Get to make at night and go to sleep.
