- 2 egg whites (room temperature)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 6 oz. bag chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Beat egg whites until fluffy.

2Gradually add sugar.

3Beat until very stiff.

4Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Grease cookie sheet.

5Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the sheet. Preheat oven to 350° (must be a preheated oven!).

6Place cookies in oven and turn the oven off!

7Leave the cookies in the oven for 12 hours.

8Don't open the oven door.

9Get to make at night and go to sleep.
