  • 1 gal. skinned tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. ground mustard
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • sugar to taste (optional)

Directions

    Simmer for 3 to 4 hours in a large kettle.

    Pour into hot, sterilized jars and cover to seal.
