  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. soft Velveeta-type cheese
  • cracker crumbs
  • butter

Directions

    Cook cauliflowerets in salted, boiling water until just fork-tender.

    Drain.

    Put into a greased baking dish.

    Add soup, mixed with water.

    Add cheese, cut in cubes.

    Spread crumbs, dots of butter and more cheese cubes over top.

    Bake in a 350° oven until edges bubble and crumbs are a golden color.
