  • 1 None cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 1/4 cups bechamel sauce
  • 4 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • None None fresh parsley, chopped, to serve

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a large baking dish.

    Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for 4-6 mins, until just tender. Drain then transfer to prepared dish. Pour bechamel sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 10-15 mins, until golden. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
