Cauliflower Casserole

  • 3 pkg. frozen cauliflower or broccoli
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 to 2 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    Cook cauliflower or broccoli for 5 or 6 minutes until just tender; drain well.

    Mix together the remaining ingredients. Butter 2-quart casserole.

    Put some sauce mixture on bottom; layer with cauliflower or broccoli and sauce, ending with sauce on top. Sprinkle top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
