  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 1/3 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • paprika
