- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. (1/2 oz.) shredded low-fat American cheese
- 1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
Directions

1Cook cauliflower in boiling water 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well.

2Place 1/2 of cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Top with half each of yogurt and cheese.

5Repeat layers with remaining cauliflower, yogurt and cheese.

6Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
