- 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook cauliflower according to package directions.

2Drain well; set aside.

3Combine eggs, milk, sharp cheese, butter, parsley, minced onion, salt and pepper.

4Arrange cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish; cover with egg mixture.

5Top with buttered crumbs and remaining grated cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until custard is set.
