- 1 medium cauliflower (about 1 1/4 lb.)
- 4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 garlic clove, pressed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook flowerets in boiling water until tender (or steam). Don't overcook.

2Pour into casserole.

3(I put minced garlic into melted butter and pour over cauliflower.)

4Shake on dill weed; salt and pepper.

5Sprinkle Cheez Whiz over all.

6Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

7Serves 4 to 6.
