  • Dosa Batter
  • Cauliflower - 1
  • Onion - 2 (Medium)
  • Tomato - 1 (Big)
  • Red chilly - 6 nos.
  • Coconut (Grated) - 1 small cup
  • Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Fried Gram - Handful
  • Curry leaves - Few
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Oil - as required
  • Salt to taste

Directions

    Cut Cauliflower into small pieces and boil them with salt

    Grind, Coconut, Red chilly, Fennel seeds and Fried gram into a thick paste.

    Heat a pan and pour 4 tbsp of oil. Put mustard seeds.

    Once mustard seeds splutters, add minced onion, curry leaves and saute until onion turns translucent.

    Add minced tomato and saute it gets cooked.

    Add the paste and salt to taste and saute well.

    Add half cup water and cook the paste until the raw smell disappears.

    Now add Garam masala and stir well.

    Finally add boiled cauliflower and cook in the masala for 5 - 10 minutes.

    Heat dosa pan, pour dosa batter and leave 3 spoonfull of the prepared masala in the center and cook dosa for few seconds. Flip and Cook if required.

    Here you go! Crisy Yummy Califlower dosa.!!! Note: Goes well with coconut chutney.
