- 1 head cauliflower, about 2 pounds
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 hard cooked egg, peeled and chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Directions

1Trim the cauliflower, break the head into florets, and place them in a saucepan.

2Cover with water.

3Add the salt and the milk.

4Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.

5Do not overcook.

6Drain and keep warm.

7Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet and add the cauliflower pieces.

8Toss and stir until the pieces start to brown lightly.

9Add the chopped egg, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

10Toss and stir.

11Serve immediately.
