- 1. Cauliflower - 1 no
- 2. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- 3. Chili powder - 2 tbsp
- 4. Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
- 5. Salt - To taste
- 6. MSG-Ajinomoto - 5 gms
- 7. Green chilly - 4 nos
- 8. Curry leaves -3 sprig
- 9. Gram flour -200 gms
- 10. Rice flour 100gms
- 11. Refined oil For deep fry
Directions

1Clean & Cut the cauliflower, and blanch into boiled water then strain and keep it aside.

2Take one pan and add ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, salt and Ajinomoto mix well.

3Add blanched cauliflower and curry leaves mix well and set it aside.

4After 10 minutes add gram flour and rice flour to the mixed cauliflower and sprinkle water as required.

5Heat oil in a pan then add cauliflower pieces into the oil and deep fry till crispy on slow flame.

6Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
