  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 to 2 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • desired toppings (sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and chopped onions)

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Grease a 10-inch pie plate.

    Brown ground beef and chopped onions; drain.

    Stir in taco seasoning. Spread 2 cups meat mixture in greased pie plate.

    Top with green chilies.

    Beat until smooth the milk, eggs and Bisquick; pour over meat mixture.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Serve with desired toppings.
