- 1 head lettuce (dry)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- mayonnaise
Directions

1Break lettuce up, then slice thinly 1 onion and cut 1 head of cauliflower into small pieces.

2Arrange in layers.

3Then cook bacon; crumble and place as next layer.

4Mix cheese and sugar and sprinkle over bacon.

5Frost with mayonnaise.

6Refrigerate at least 8 hours.

7Toss 20 minutes before serving.
