Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 long stems celery
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mayo
  • seasoned salt

Directions

    Break cauliflower in small pieces.

    Chop or dice celery. Parboil the frozen peas only until thawed.

    Combine all ingredients and leave in refrigerator overnight before serving. Will keep several days.

    Toss with ripe olives and fresh tomatoes.
