- 1 head cauliflower
- 4 long stems celery
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. mayo
- seasoned salt
Directions

1Break cauliflower in small pieces.

2Chop or dice celery. Parboil the frozen peas only until thawed.

3Combine all ingredients and leave in refrigerator overnight before serving. Will keep several days.

4Toss with ripe olives and fresh tomatoes.
