Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 2 or 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. milk (warm)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Rinse cauliflower and place in bowl.

2Cover and micro-cook on High for 3 minutes.

3Turn cauliflower over and cook an additional 4 1/2 minutes on High.

4Dice and set aside.

5Micro-cook carrots and onion on High for 3 to 4 minutes, until tender.

6Add cauliflower. Melt bacon drippings in Dutch oven.

7Add flour and brown slightly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.

8Add vegetables; heat thoroughly and season to taste.
