  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Beat egg whites; add cream of tartar, pecans and sugar. Crumble crackers and add to mixture.

    Place in greased pie pan. Cook 25 minutes at 350°.

    Cool.

    Spread Cool Whip over top.

    Add pecans, chopped, to decorate.

    Chill.
