Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- dash of pepper
- 1 pt. half and half
Directions

1Break cauliflower in buds and boil in salted water for 15 minutes.

2Save 1 cup liquid and drain rest.

3In chicken broth, cook onion, carrot and seasonings.

4Add flour to melted butter. Add water and half and half to broth.

5Bring to boil.

6Add cauliflower, pepper and butter/flour mixture.

7Simmer to warm.
