- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 pt. thick sour cream
- 4 oz. jar black caviar
- parsley
- saltines
Directions

1Peel eggs and chop.

2Combine eggs, salt and mayonnaise.

3Pack in rounded bowl.

4Refrigerate 24 hours.

5Unmold on large plate. Lather sour cream all over unmolded egg mixture.

6Gently spread caviar over all.

7Decorate with sprigs of parsley.

8Saltines around mold are for dipping.
