- 4 c. sliced celery
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook celery until tender and drain.

2Mix water chestnuts with soup and 1/2 of butter (melted).

3Put in casserole dish.

4Crush crackers and toss with remaining butter.

5Put on top of the celery mixture.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
