- 1 cup cashewnuts
- 2 medium peeled (or frozen) mango
- 3 tbsp coconuts oil
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Soak cashewnuts to water for 3hrs or more.

2Put soaked cashewnuts with water, coconuts oil and mango into blender.

3Mix well untill smooth.

4Put mixture into cups or glass which you like.

5Keep in fridge for 3 hrs or more.

6Good to put into small glass and add mint leaves on top.
