Easy, lazy, raw mango pudding

  • 1 cup cashewnuts
  • 2 medium peeled (or frozen) mango
  • 3 tbsp coconuts oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Soak cashewnuts to water for 3hrs or more.

    Put soaked cashewnuts with water, coconuts oil and mango into blender.

    Mix well untill smooth.

    Put mixture into cups or glass which you like.

    Keep in fridge for 3 hrs or more.

    Good to put into small glass and add mint leaves on top.
