- 4 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
Directions

1Parboil celery in salted water for 8 minutes.

2Drain celery and add soup, pimento and water chestnuts.

3Mix together and put in a buttered casserole.

4Top with buttered crumbs.

5Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
