- 1 small bay leaf
- 2 slices onions
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
Directions

1Simmer tomato juice, bay leaf, onions and salt together for 15 minutes.

2Add lemon juice.

3Strain mixture and add hot tomato juice.

4Makes 2 cups.

5Pour over lemon Jell-O.

6Stir until dissolved.
