Celery Casserole

  • 4 c. slightly cooked celery
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, cut in slices
  • 1 can Golden mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar pimentos, diced and drained
  • 2 c. seasoned croutons

Directions

    Cook celery about 20 to 25 minutes in chestnut water on low. Combine cooked celery, water chestnuts, soup and pimentos.

    Turn into buttered 4-quart casserole.

    Top with croutons.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
