  • 8 ounces gorgonzola
  • 14 cup dry white wine
  • 10 celery ribs, cleaned and cut 6-inch long
  • salt & pepper
  • 14 cup chopped walnuts or 14 cup almonds or 14 cup pecans

Directions

    Mix gorgonzola, nuts and wine in a bowl with wooden spoon till well blended.

    Taste, then add salt and pepper if needed.

    Spread into individual celery ribs and serve.
