- 1 qt. celery, diced small
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Stir milk and soup until smooth.

2Add celery and pecans.

3Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

4Cover with crackers which have been mixed with the melted butter.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6If crumbs get brown, cover with foil.
