  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. celery seed

Directions

    Mix sugar, salt and mustard; add onion and small amount of vinegar.

    Use mixer.

    Add oil gradually, then remainder of vinegar.

    Add celery seed last.

    Beat until thick.

    Makes one pint.

    Store in refrigerator.
